The productions (around 800 tons per year) are obtained by the cultivation of three varieties of clementines (Thorny, Faithful, Common), that allow us to be on the market from November through February.

The plants are all grafted, according to tradition, on the bitter orange, a rootstock capable of giving the fruit unmatched organoleptic characteristics, offering it a harmonious sugar-acid relationship.
